Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out directly to the shipping carrier to file a claim. We're happy to assist however we can, but Grump & Sunshine is not responsible for shipping issues once the package leaves our shop.
